Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation by the Customer a. If a customer wishes to cancel an order for the “Coming Home” journal, they must notify Dwellbeing in writing (email or letter) as soon as possible. b. Cancellation fees may appy depending on the stage of order processing and shipment preparation. c. If the cancellation is made before the journal has been shipped, a refund may be issued to the customer, subject to any applicable cancellation fees.
  2. Refunds a. Refunds for returned “Coming Home” journals will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy, which states that a refund will be issued: i. If the journal is returned in its original condition and packaging. Ii. If the return is initiated within a specific timeframe, as outlined on our website or in the order confirmation. Iii. Refunds may be subject to a restocking fee or deduction of any applicable cancellation fees. b. Refunds for cancelled services may be subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the client agreement or contract. c. Dwellbeing will review cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis and determine whether a refund or partial refund is applicable.
  3. Rescheduling a. Clients may request to reschedule a consultation or service, subject to availability and agreement by Dwellbeing. b. If a client wishes to reschedule, they should contact Dwellbeing as soon as possible to discuss alternative dates and arrangements.
  4. Cancellation by Dwellbeing a. In rare cases, Dwellbeing may need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled consultation or service. We will make every effort to provide advance notice and offer alternative arrangements. b. In the event of cancellation by Dwellbeing, the client will not be responsible for any cancellation fees or charges.
  5. Force Majeure a. Dwellbeing shall not be held liable for any delays, cancellations, or non-performance of services resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government regulations, or unforeseen emergencies.
