When the owners of this dental clinic approached us to complete a feasibility on a unit for suitability for a new dental practice we gave them both design and commercial expertise which saw us partnering to assist in finding a new location and premises. Once secured with a local estate agent, we completed a change of use planning application, design and fit out to Medical Grade Standards.
